ASPB’s Most Highly Cited

ASPB is pleased to publish the following list of Society members who are included on the ISIHighlyCited.com web site. ISIHighlyCited.com (part of ISI Web of Knowledge) lists the people behind the accomplishments in 21 broad subject categories in life sciences, medicine, physical sciences, engineering, and social sciences. These individuals are the most highly cited within each category for the period 1981–1999 and constitute less than a half-percent of all publishing researchers. ASPB boasts 92 names within ISIHighlyCited.com, which one ISI representative called “an outstanding number of researchers from one organization.”
