TRAVEL OPTIONS TO MONTRÉAL

Planes, Trains, Automobiles (and yes, Buses): Money-Saving Montréal Travel Options

Since Montréal is only 46 miles from the U.S. border there are many travel options besides direct travel by air from your home city in the United States. Boston, is the closest large U.S. city to Montréal, and you can take a trains and buses from New York City and anywhere that Greyhound or Amtrak serves.

Live close to the border? It is beautiful drive and the drive will allow you extra time to network. You can fly into such cities as Rochester, NY., or Buffalo, N.Y., rent a car or van and drive to Montréal in less than a day. Try car pooling and split the gas money. Find a ride buddy using our Google group.
