Request an Official Letter of Invitation
This is to request an official letter of invitation for upcoming meetings. The invitation letter is for those requiring the letter for a visa application or for reimbursement purposes. Letters are only sent to those individuals who will be attending the meeting. Provide your abstract tracking number(s) below to request your letter to include a statement about our receipt of your abstract. Note that only those abstracts selected for verbal presentation are officially 'accepted'. Poster abstracts are not reviewed for acceptance, therefore no official acceptance will be provided.

An invitation is NOT required for meeting attendance.
